Little Abominations Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Axolotl Interactive LLC ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you play Little Abominations (the "Game") on iOS and Android.
By playing the Game you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
Information we collect
We designed the Game to collect as little as possible. Specifically:
- Your account identifier. To play, you sign in with your Google account or your Apple account. We receive and store only the account identifier that Google or Apple gives us, so we can recognise your account.
- Game progress. We keep a copy of your game progress (your creatures, currency, upgrades, and settings) on our server, linked to your account, so it can be backed up and restored.
- Rooted-device check (Android). The Game checks once whether your device is rooted, and records the yes-or-no result in your game progress, to discourage cheating.
- Notifications. If you turn on notifications, we keep an identifier for your device so we can send you event announcements. You can turn notifications off at any time.
- In-app purchases. Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, which handle your payment details. We receive information about your purchases from them so we can add what you bought to your account. All purchases are final.
- Messages to us. If you contact us, we keep your message and contact details so we can respond.
Legal bases
We process your information on these bases: to perform our contract with you (running the Game and saving your progress); your consent (push notifications and personalized ads, which you can withdraw at any time); our legitimate interests (keeping the service secure and functioning); and our legal obligations (complying with the law).
How information is shared
We share information with service providers that help run the Game, such as for sign-in, notifications, purchases, and advertising. They are required to protect it to the same standard as this Policy.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our players or our service.
Advertising
The Game shows ads from advertising partners. Our partners may collect information from your device, including about your activity across apps over time, to show and personalize ads, as described in their own privacy policies. You can turn off personalized ads at any time in the Game's settings or in your device's privacy settings.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your account and game progress for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time: in the Game's settings; on our website's account deletion page, by signing in with the same Google or Apple account, even if you no longer have the Game installed; or by emailing support@axolotlinteractive.com. When you delete your account, we delete it and the information described above.
Children's Privacy
If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us at support@axolotlinteractive.com and we will delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete, or give you a copy of your information, or to object to or restrict how we use it, by contacting us at support@axolotlinteractive.com. We will respond to every request without discrimination. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Data security
We use technical and administrative measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
International users
We operate the Game from the United States, so your information may be transferred outside the country where you live.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time by posting a new version here, so please check back periodically. When we update it, we will let you know in the Game.
