Glaux Privacy Policy

Glaux is an audio description service run by Axolotl Interactive LLC ("we", "us"). You send us a video, and we send back an audio description of it. This policy explains what happens to your video and to everything made from it.

What we receive

• Your video file. The video you send us for description.
• Your contact details. The email address you send it from, so we can return the description to you.
• Corrections and feedback. When you send us corrections or other feedback about a description, we keep notes on what the original description got wrong, and use them to improve Glaux.

What we do with your video

We use your video only to create its audio description. Our software analyzes the video's sound and images, including telling people apart by their voices and appearance. It uses those measurements only to tell who is speaking within your video, and they are deleted when the description is finished. Requests reach us by email, and our email provider stores them until we handle them.

How long we keep it

We keep your request and video until we describe it, or until the trial period ends in January 2027, whichever comes first. Once your description is finished, we send it to you and delete your request, your video, the description and everything made from them. We keep notes from corrections and feedback for as long as they help us improve Glaux.

Your rights

You can ask us to access or delete your request and video at any time by contacting us at axolotlinteractive@gmail.com. We will respond to every request without discrimination.

Legal requirements

We may disclose information when the law requires it, including reporting illegal content to the proper authorities, and we keep that information for as long as the law requires.

Your responsibilities

By sending a video, you confirm that the people in it have agreed to it being processed as described in this policy.

Age

Glaux is not intended for children under the age of 13. We will not complete requests from anyone we know is under 13.

Security

We use technical and administrative measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time by posting a new version here with a new effective date, so please check back periodically.
